MatriX provides progress monitoring for welds, NDT tests and inspections performed on piping and structural fabrication and construction projects. Project management and quality control is streamlined, with easy access to weld procedures, drawings, weld processes, inspection requirements and inspection results, all within the MatriX interface.
At any time, everyone on the team has visibility of the full weld status plus information on the job’s progress. There is also full traceability for materials during the welding process; MatriX provides data on the location and status of materials within the fabrication process, enabling the completion of records and generation of reports as required. it also ensures that full material reconciliation can take place as soon as the project is finished.

Record welder qualifications
Within MatriX you can register all welders and inspectors and keep up to date records of their qualifications, along with data on the progress of welds, repairs, rewelds and NDT inspections. You can keep track of fit-up, visual, radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant examinations and ensure that quality assurance requirements are being met throughout the course of the project.
The result is a rich set of up-to-date inspection and defect reports available at any time, for analysis by QA and QC management and for providing to the customer.
